The wrapping machine has an additional step that facilitates the operation of the machine. It is equipped with manual hydraulic or automatic control by means of a controller, thanks to which we gain time. The possibility of direct aggregation with the round baler, enabling the simultaneous rolling and wrapping of the bale in one working pass, significantly speeds up the entire process. When working with the tractor in the field, it is possible to wrap one bale while the other is waiting on the loading arm. Thanks to this, it is possible to collect and store simultaneously at the same place, thus facilitating subsequent loading and transport.
The wrapper is equipped with a bale tipper, thanks to which the bales can be placed or put up. The equipment with smooth adjustment of the speed of the turnable allows you to maintain the bale wrapping speed regardless of the tractor engine speed. The use of fi ve bale rotation belts improves the rotation of each bale during wrapping.
The wrapper has a wrapping counter with light and sound signaling, it is also possible to program the number of wraps. Additional foil storage secures the necessary foil for work. Aluminum rolls in the foil feeder ensure the initial stretch of the foil, tightness and its proper adhesion during wrapping. The universal foil dispenser allows the use of foil from 0.5 to 0.75.
Wrapper hoses are routed in a cover to protect them from potential damage. Hydraulically folded and unfolded drawbar for transport makes work easier and faster. The hydraulic quick couplers guarantee quick connection or conversion for other works. As a standard, the wrapper is equipped with a
swivel hook with an eye. Wide tires enable work on wetlands and peat areas, and the fenders protect the wrapper against dirt while driving on wetlands. Visible lighting ensures safety both during work and movement.
