The HARD version is designed for the toughest jobs. The tool is made of solid and durable materials. The massive structure and strength of the HARD version allow the material to be torn out, for example, from a prism, which is strongly compressed, and the upper arms ensure high pressure from above, so that the material does not escape during the ride. The burnt teeth have been additionally reinforced with side plates to prevent bending and at the same time to prevent the material from falling out. The structures were reinforced internally and externally, which resulted in higher rigidity, which makes this version more suitable for work in very diffi cult conditions.

The blade is made of hard-wearing HARDOX HB 500 steel and additional slides were used, which increased the durability of the device. The design allows maximum access to the wall, also in the open position, and breaking the upper arm increases the loading volume. The design of the open sides of the shovel allows you to pick up materials at the very edge of the tanks, so that the user can pick up loose materials more precisely and thus more effectively.

The device is designed as a universal tool for working with front loaders and telescopic loaders. Commonly accessible actuators and fl exible hoses, used in this solution, enable quick and independent replacement without the need for unnecessary downtime at work. The hydraulic quick couplers
guarantee easy connection of the hydraulics. The Euroram connection point has been additionally reinforced to increase the strength of the fi xing. The two actuators allow the material to be gripped securely and evenly with remarkable force. The cylinders are hidden between massive structural elements, thanks to which their hydraulic connections are well protected against damage, ensuring a long service life of the tool.
